Under the banner ‘The Self-Care Life’, the International Self-Care Foundation (ISF) has launched an appeal on Crowdfunder, the UK crowd-funding website (http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/the-self-care-life). The appeal features a video in which two ISF associates describe the great opportunity, and the great need, for self-care and healthy lifestyles.

Aside from inviting financial support, the appeal marks the launch of ISF’s initiative to collect and share practical ideas about how to make and maintain healthy lifestyle choices – what helps people and what hinders them, at a individual level.
