ISF’s seven pillars of self-care – “autocuidado” were widely used:

In a conference in São Paulo in August 2017, ISF President David Webber gave a presentation entitled “Self-Care Around the Globe”. Other presenters included Professors Rogério Lima and César Rodrigues, and Dr Jarbas Barbosa, President of the Brazilian Regulatory Authority ANVISA.

Dr Webber also gave an interview on self-care to the leading local health journal Revista Saúde.
